It was at the heart of downtown and very convenient access towards everything. There was construction during the length of time of stay, excluding this event that it was a very nice place. Breakfast was made on the spot which is a bonus.

Perfect! At first I wasn’t enthusiastic about the place but it turned out so nice and comfortable! The rooms are okay, nothing special. The staff is very helpful , kind and patient with any questions we’ve had. The breakfast isn’t amazing but satisfying , and it’s nice that it’s included. The pool on the roof is a bonus! You can be in the pool and watch the sunset! The location is perfect! Only a three minute walk from the ferry. It really was an amazing experience. We will be back.
We had an absolutely wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel and it met our expectations. Certainly read the reviews and look at pictures to determine if this is the right place for you, but this was the perfect landing pad for my boyfriend and I traveling from California for the Iron Man in Cozumel. We requested a quiet room as there were some loud clubs in the evening time, but they stopped around 10PM, so it didn't go too late into the night. The service from the front desk was clear, fair and very helpful and we particularly loved breakfast that was offered every morning. In previous reviews it was mentioned that no music in the lobby or not ample seating was provided and we didn't find this to be a problem at all. The lobby and breakfast were better than expected and lovely service. It was also mentioned that the pool is not able to be used and we didn't experience that either. The pool on the roof is beautiful with a view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. The road was being finished while we were there, but once it dries, it would be super easy to be dropped off right in front of the hotel and there are taxis you can hail 1 block away. The proximity to the port and to a lot of restaurants and the town center was super desirable. My biggest thing is safety and I can say that I felt 100% safe the whole time I was here. Rooms were also very clean and comfortable. This was a really great cheap and cheerful hotel and we will definitely consider coming back if we come back to Cozumel.

Getting a room on the backside, away from the ocean, there are a couple nightclubs / bars that play band music until 11:00 p.m. or later. It can be very loud. Ocean view is much quieter! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just what I needed to get my day starting off right.
Prime location, rooftop pool (great for sunsets), comfortable bedrooms and we even got a sea view despite getting the cheapest room. Breakfast is included in the price and is a very good meal - credit to the kitchen staff who made me some huevos divorciados despite it not being on the menu. WiFi was good too, no issues with working from the room
